저희가 취급하는 FJVPS는 제품 양산전에 3차원 CAD Data를 활용해 시작기(Digital Working Mock-Up)제품을 만들어 설계부문과 생산준비 부문이 협업, 제품의 조립성, 기구 동작성, 구동성 등의 가상검증을 통하여 개발 제품의 설계상 문제점을 조기에 검출 설계 완성도를 높혀서 금형 수정비를 최소화 시키고, 문서(작업지시서)작성 자동화와 공정설계 등의 신속한 제조준비로 개발기간 단축과 개발 비용을 절감시키며 유관 부서와의 유기적인 협업도구 Digital Manufacturing Solution입니다.
